Community Incentives and Participation Methods
To ensure the continuous engagement of the community and the effectiveness of decentralized governance, the Arca Chain platform has designed multiple incentive mechanisms to encourage users to actively engage in platform governance. By participating in governance voting, proposal discussions, and other activities, users can not only influence the development of the platform but also receive respective rewards.
ARCA Rewards: Community members who participate in governance receive ARCA token rewards based on their contributions (such as participating in voting, submitting proposals, engaging in discussions, etc.). The distribution of ARCA tokens takes into account various factors such as governance participation, proposal approval rates, and community contributions, ensuring the fairness of the reward mechanism.
Role Upgrades: By continuously contributing and participating, users can elevate their roles and permissions within the community, gaining more governance weight and influence. Role upgrades are not only reflected in increased voting weight but may also bring additional community management permissions and rewards.
Proxy Voting and Recommendation Systems: Users can enhance the flexibility of governance participation through proxy voting and recommendation systems. Through proxy voting, users can delegate their voting rights to trusted community members; the recommendation system allows users to recommend new governance nodes for community management. This mechanism increases the diversity of the governance model while also introducing anti-malicious mechanisms, ensuring that recommenders are responsible for the behavior of the recommended nodes.
Anti-Malicious Mechanism: To prevent the emergence of malicious nodes, Arca Chain has introduced anti-malicious parameters. If a node is determined to be malicious, its governance weight will be reduced to zero, and it will lose its voting rights. Through this design, the platform effectively reduces potential risks in governance and maintains the order and security of the community.
